OUR STORY
AMP Corporate Housing was built by a team with years in furnished rentals — thousands of stays behind us and every kind of guest: traveling nurses on 13-week contracts, construction crews building data centers, families relocating between cities, insurance placements after the unexpected.
All that time in the industry taught us something. The bigger corporate housing gets, the less personal it usually becomes — portals instead of people, call centers instead of answers, and apartments furnished to a spreadsheet instead of a standard someone would actually want to live in.
AMP is how we run it differently: flagship communities we manage end-to-end and know street by street, backed by trusted partners in markets across the country. Our flagship homes are furnished, stocked, and inspected by us directly. When we source through our partner network, the home doesn't go to your team until it meets the same written standard.
Same mattress quality, same kitchen kit, same linen standard in every home. A crew of eight gets eight identical setups — nobody draws the short straw.
